Due to the custom, digital, and creative nature of our work—where projects begin after client approval and a 40% deposit, and deliverables are produced specifically to your requirements—all sales and services are final and non-refundable.

  • No Refunds Policy
    We operate under a strict no-refund policy. Once you place an order, make a deposit, or we begin work based on your specifications and approval, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes:
  • Custom software, apps, websites, or system integrations
  • Graphic design, animations, video production, or audio services
  • Writing, translation, or content creation
  • Digital products (e.g., games, 3D models, downloadable assets)
  • Any other services or deliverables
  • Before Starting Work
    We provide a detailed proposal and scope after your initial inquiry. You are encouraged to review it carefully before making the 40% deposit. Once the deposit is paid and work commences, the transaction is final.
  • Defective Digital Files
    If a delivered digital file is technically unusable due to our error (e.g., corruption preventing access in standard software), we will replace it free of charge within 7 days of delivery. This is a replacement only—no cash refund will be provided.
  • Physical Products (if applicable)
    For any physical items, returns are not accepted unless the item is demonstrably defective upon arrival and reported within 48 hours. Even then, replacement (not refund) is the sole remedy.
  • Legal Note
    This policy does not override any mandatory rights you may have under Sri Lankan consumer protection laws. However, given the bespoke and digital/service-based nature of our offerings, refunds are not provided outside of exceptional statutory requirements.
